Our Namesake...
We have the most beautiful skyscapes
up here, rain or shine. When it came time to name our Ranch, those
wonderful skies and our love for the work of Chris LeDoux (he
wrote and sang the song Western Skies) brought us the
perfect name and Western Skies Ranch came to be.
On
a sad note, Chris LeDoux passed away in March of 2005. We
were greatly saddened to hear he was gone, as he was a unique
and wonderful individual with a great gift...he will be missed
and never forgotten. We will always cherish his
music and his memory.
